Experience Lasting Wellness
Chiropractic is based around the concept that our bodies have the ability to heal and regenerate themselves as long as there is nothing blocking the healing process. The nervous system consists of the brain, spinal cord, and nerves; their function is to pass information through each other and into all other organs of the body. In turn, nerve dysfunction can greatly affect overall health.

3 Phases of Healing for Long Term Results
You are always in control of how long you choose to experience the benefits of chiropractic care.
Phase one is about stabilizing and reducing discomfort for the patient. During this phase progress is usually rapid and many patients begin to experience improvement within a week of treatment.
Many of the conditions for which people seek care have developed over many years and require a true rehabilitative process.
The phase two objective is to correct any underlying injury or cause of discomfort, strengthen the muscles, and improve neuromusculoskeletal function.
The frequency of office visits is reduced over a period of two to six weeks. Care may be supplemented by rehabilitation exercises, nutrition, and modification of daily habits.
Maintaining spinal alignment through periodic check ups is a relatively easy way to prevent conditions from returning, and address small health concerns before they become larger problems. We continue teaching patients about maintaining their health through nutrition and exercise habits to build vitality and endurance.
